Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are a well-established, high street law firm with a strong reputation for delivering practical, client-focused legal services across the North East, County Durham and North Yorkshire. We are seeking a motivated and capable Commercial Property Solicitor eager to join and grow our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at any stage of their career to develop their expertise within a supportive environment.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant work (leases, renewals, assignments)
- Property development matters
- Secured lending and refinancing
- General commercial property advice to a broad client base
- Experience in Agricultural work preferred, but not essential
About You
- Qualified Solicitor
- Experience in commercial property work essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude

Children Panel Accredited Solicitor
Location: Durham | Darlington | Middlesbrough | Northallerton
Salary: Competitive.

We have recently acquired an office in Middlesbrough opposite the Combined Court Centre. We are seeking a motivated and capable Children Panel Accredited Solicitor eager to join and grow our childcare team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor or a solicitor who has just obtained children panel accreditation to work within a supportive environment with great opportunities to progress their career within the firm.
The Role
You will manage a caseload within public law care proceedings
- Represent parents, family members, and children
- Attend hearings and conduct own advocacy
About You
- Qualified Solicitor 2-3 years PQE Children Panel Accreditation essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Strong advocacy skills
